In a late-night operation by the military in Baniachong, Habiganj, a young man was arrested with three firearms, ammunition, and other equipment.

In Baniachong, Habiganj, a young man was detained during a military operation with weapons and ammunition. The military conducted a raid based on secret information at the house of Abdul Matin Mia in the Vangarpur area of South West Union No. 4 in Baniachong Upazila headquarters during the late hours of Saturday night (January 25).

During this operation, three air guns and a large quantity of ammunition, along with other equipment, were recovered from the residence of Abdul Matin Mia’s son, Iqbal Mia (35).

Among the recovered items, two air guns were found to be damaged, while one was in good condition.
