realme Sets New Benchmark in After-Sales Service with Exclusive ‘1 Hour Service’ Initiative in Bangladesh

realme, the youth-favorite smartphone brand, has introduced a new standard in customer care through its ‘1 Hour Service’ initiative in Bangladesh. With this service commitment, the brand aims to provide faster, more efficient after-sales support and enhance the overall smartphone ownership experience for its users.
According to the company’s latest service performance data, 97% of customers visiting official realme service centers in Bangladesh are receiving their devices fully serviced within just one hour. The service time is calculated from the moment the device is submitted at the service desk until it is handed back to the customer, ensuring that the entire repair process is completed within 60 minutes.
This achievement is driven by several operational improvements, including real-time SLA monitoring, efficient spare parts management, regular technical skill upgrades for engineers, and daily performance analysis to maintain service quality and speed. Together, these measures ensure that customers receive quick and reliable service without unnecessary delays.
Speaking about the initiative, Md. Al-Mamun Biswas, After-Sales Operations Manager of realme Bangladesh, stated, “One-hour service is not just a target for us; it is an operational commitment. We measure the time from when a customer submits the device until it is returned. Our goal is not only repairing the phone but also respecting the customer’s time.”
Customers have already begun experiencing the benefits of this service. A customer from Dhaka who recently visited a service center with a display issue shared that he expected the repair to take several days, but the device was fixed and returned within around 50 minutes, leaving him satisfied with both the speed and service quality.
This exclusive 1 hour service standard is implemented across authorized realme service centers nationwide, ensuring a consistent and reliable experience for customers regardless of their location. Through this initiative, realme continues to strengthen its commitment to customer satisfaction while setting a new benchmark for after-sales service excellence in Bangladesh’s smartphone industry.
