Energypac Power Generation PLC holds 30th AGM

Energypac Power Generation PLC held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Dec 15 at Raowa Convention Hall, Mohakhali in Dhaka.
The meeting was chaired by Engr. Rabiul Alam, in the presence of Board Directors, including Managing Director and CEO Humayun Rashid and Company Secretary Alauddin Shibly, with a number of other shareholders also participating in the event.
At the Annual General Meeting (AGM), shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2025. The Board also declared a 2% cash dividend for each share of Tk10 face value.
The AGM highlighted the company’s continued focus on sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and shareholder value. The Board expressed appreciation for the support of shareholders and reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining high standards of corporate governance and transparency.
