Syed Moinuddin Ahmed Elected as Chairman of DBH Finance PLC

[Dhaka, 25 June 2025] At its 158th board meeting, DBH Finance PLC unanimously elected Mr. Syed Moinuddin Ahmed as the new Chairman of the company. Mr. Ahmed has been a member of the Board of DBH since September 2019, nominated by Green Delta Insurance PLC, and has been serving as the Vice Chairman since May 2024.
A seasoned banking and finance professional with over 25 years of experience, Mr. Ahmed holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Dhaka. He currently serves as the Additional Managing Director of Green Delta Insurance. Under his leadership, DBH Finance PLC is expected to play a leading role in providing green and affordable housing loans on a larger scale.
