Cikitsa International officially signed a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing access to international healthcare services for ROBI ELITE customers and employees.
Under this exclusive partnership, ROBI ELITE customers will benefit from faster access and special discounts on international medical treatments across leading healthcare destinations, including India, Thailand, Singapore, and Dubai.
This collaboration is designed to simplify the process of seeking advanced medical care abroad, ensuring a seamless and trusted experience for patients.
These details were shared in a press release sent to the media on Monday by Chikitsa International.
The signing ceremony was attended by Manik Lal Das, Director, Customer Value Solutions, Robi Marketing; Md. Sanjid Hossain, Associate Director, Commercial Partnership; Sabbir Ahmed, Senior General Manager, Loyalty & Partnership; Tanvir Alam Chowdhury, General Manager, Loyalty Partnerships, Commercial Partnership, Robi Marketing, Representing Cikitsa International were Mr. Muntasir Mahmood, Chief Operating Officer, and Mr. Badsha Moral, Business Development Officer.
Mr. Muntasir Mahmood stated, “Treatment facilities cannot be bound by international boundaries, and we believe this MoU with Robi Axiata PLC will create a significant milestone in strengthening our shared commitment to ‘Care Beyond Boundaries’. Robi’s vast subscriber base will now have a trusted partner for their international medical journeys.”
Mr. Manik Lal Das added, “Robi always looking for betterment of services and medical facilities beyond the borders is one of the actions to that promise.”
This strategic alliance marks another significant step toward making quality international healthcare more accessible and affordable for customers in Bangladesh.
