Dhaka Polytechnic Institute students visit Energypac industrial park in Gazipur

[Dhaka, January 27, 2026] A group of students from the Department of Electrical Technology of Dhaka Polytechnic Institute recently visited Energypac Power Generation PLC’s industrial facilities in Gazipur as part of the Accelerating and Strengthening Skills for Economic Transformation (ASSET) project.

The industrial visit brought 139 eighth-semester students from the Electrical Technology department to Energypac’s Industrial Park in Jainabazar, Gazipur. The visit provided students with valuable hands-on exposure to modern manufacturing processes and industrial practices in Bangladesh’s power generation sector.
During the visit, engineers from Energypac Power Generation PLC guided the students through different stages of production, demonstrating advanced manufacturing techniques, quality control systems, and the application of modern technology in power generation and electrical equipment assembly.
The visit was organized through the coordinated efforts of Energypac’s Human Capital Management Division, General Services Administration (GSA), and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team to ensure a safe and effective learning experience for the participants.
