Dhaka, 11 January 2026: Ami Probashi, a comprehensive digital platform with more than 9 million users, designed to solve the problems of the Bangladeshi migrants, has launched a new service designed to help Bangladeshi migrants traveling to Oman, Qatar, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia verify the authenticity of their visas before departure. This initiative aims to protect migrants from fraudulent activities, ensuring a safe and secure migration process. The service is already live and is exclusively available via calling their helpline number 16768.
Through this service, migrants can call the helpline and provide their visa details, which will then be verified by the Ami Probashi Team. Once verification is complete, customers receive an SMS indicating whether their visa is valid or invalid. For instance, if a visa cannot be found in the server, the SMS will advise the customer to contact that particular country embassy for further inquiry. Conversely, if the visa is verified and approved by the respective government, they will receive a confirmation SMS.
With just a small service fee, you can easily access the verification service quickly and conveniently. By offering this service, Ami Probashi is addressing a critical need in the migration process, helping Bangladeshi workers travel with confidence and avoid fraudulent visa practices. The service is currently accessible only via calling their helpline number 16768.
Commenting on the launch, Tarique Ekramul Haque, Managing Director and founder of Ami Probashi, said, “Our mission is to make migration safer and more transparent for all Bangladeshi workers. By providing a quick and reliable visa verification system, we aim to reduce the risks associated with fraudulent visas and empower our citizens to travel with peace of mind. This service is a significant step towards protecting our migrants and ensuring their overseas journey begins securely.”
For further information or assistance, migrants are encouraged to contact the service helpline at 16768.
Launched in mid-2020, the Ami Probashi app the first of its kind developed for current and aspiring migrants works to address the challenges faced by migrants through innovative technological solutions.
