[Dhaka, November 10, 2025] Strengthening its leadership as Bangladesh’s most innovative digital operator, Banglalink has enhanced its flagship MyBL App, redefining the mobile self-care experience with a smarter, more seamless interface that puts complete control in customers’ hands.
The latest upgrade reflects Banglalink’s digital-first strategy, integrating over 20 essential self-service features such as SIM management, pack renewal, VoLTE activation, PayGo, Do Not Disturb, and Value-Added Service (VAS) control into one unified digital hub. The redesigned interface offers smoother navigation and a more intuitive customer journey, empowering users to manage their mobile services anytime, anywhere.
MyBL has introduced two AI-powered services to make customer interactions faster, smarter, and more convenient. The AI Customer Support System enables users to get instant solutions and track complaints seamlessly within the app, while the AI Chatbot provides real-time assistance with account details, offers, and troubleshooting, anytime, anywhere.
For postpaid customers, the app now offers additional convenience through intelligent pack recommendations, quick e-bill downloads, and the ability to request security deposit increases, simplifying account management while enhancing personalization.
