Infinix Drops Note 50 Price to Elevate Market Appeal

Infinix, a leading innovator in smartphone technology, has announced a major price reduction for its popular Note 50 model, making premium features more accessible to budget-conscious consumers. Amid increasing competition in the mid-range market, Infinix’s strategic price adjustment aims to offer greater value while maintaining the cutting-edge performance that users expect.

The 8GB+256GB variant of the Note 50, which was previously priced at BDT 27,999, will now be available for BDT 25,999.

The Infinix Note 50 stands out in its price bracket by offering a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and an in-display fingerprint sensor—features typically found in higher-end devices. The phone is built around a metal frame made from Infinix’s Armor Alloy, a material blend inspired by Damascus steel and aerospace-grade aluminium, aiming to increase durability while keeping the design slim.

The device runs on the Helio G100 Ultimate chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It also integrates Infinix’s One Tap AI♾️ system, designed to streamline multitasking, app behavior, and battery performance.

In terms of imaging, the Note 50 includes a 50MP main camera equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), while power is supplied by a 5200mAh battery. Charging options include 45W wired and 33W wireless MagCharge, a rare combination in this category.

The company has committed to providing two years of Android updates and 36 months of security patches for the device—another notable addition at this price point.

Retailers report that the revised price is already in effect across both online and offline platforms. Infinix has not indicated whether the adjustment is temporary or permanent.
